The title race in the spanish La Liga is almost over as FC Barcelona are running away with the title while Real Madrid are sure to finish 2nd in the league but their recent couple of prformences have been amazing as they are scoring goals for fun at the moment and that too against the big teams likes of Valencia and Sevilla. Cristiano Ronaldo is playing some sublime football and cant stop scoring at the moment with scoring 7 goals in the last two matches he is currently leading the scoring charts in the La Liga and will be hoping to keep the good run of form going.
Real Madrid had a good season by their standards, played really well in the Champions League, were superb in the League but it was only FC barcelona which was hurdle for them in both the competitions as they defeated them in both the competition while Real Madrid could only get a win against them in the Copa Del Rey. Villarreal will be hoping to get a good match under their belt in this match, they have been playing reasonably well at the moment and if they can continue their form they will finish quite high in the league and thats what they want at the moment going into the last part of the season.
