Barcelona took the lead just before the halftime as Sergio Besquests scored a goal in the 35th minute to settle the nerves for Barcelona but Chelsea were down to 1 men when John Terry was sent off while Barcelona took advantage of that and doubled their lead.
It was looking a straight forward win for Barcelona after that untill Ramires popped up with a goal just before the halftime to make it 2-1 on the night and Chelsea went into the halftime with leading on away goals.
