Newcastle United have started the season rather slowly this time around, currently they have 9 points from the opening 7 matches while Sunderland are struggling for form at the moment and they have 7 points out of 7 games and this is the match both teams will be looking to get all three points from. Since Sunderland are playing at home and Newcastle's form in this perticular fixture make it hard to predict this one but we will go with a 2-1 win for the away side.
