After their heroics in the group stages Celtic has been given another tough test to tack with as they will be playing against Juventus in the Round of 16 in the knock out phase of the group stages. Juventus came through a tough group by eliminating current holders of the UEFA Champions League in Chelsea and will go into the tie as favourites. First leg will be at Celtic home ground and that is somthing goes against the brave Scotish club who defeated Barcelona in the group stages at Celtic park. Celtic needed a win at the matchday six against their Russian side and they did just that before they beat Barcelona at home while playing away from home at Camp now they showed great heart by restricting Barcelona to score in almost full nighty minutes but at the last moments conceded two goals. They can take alot of heart from those couple of performences and if they can beat Barcelona they can also pose a threat to Juventus who are a good team but not unbeatable like Barcelona. Juventus on the other hand will be quite happy with a draw as they could have got difficult game than this and with their form and team they should go into the match as favourites and since their 2nd leg is at home I can only see one result in this one and that is Juventus going through to the next round.
