Arsenal will be hosting the Champions elect in the English Premier League match, and this is a very important game for Arsenal in terms of Top 4 finish, Arsenal have been in superb form lately and they are unbeaten in the last 5 matches, winning 4 and drawing 1 against Everton last month and they will be hoping to get another three points against United who have absolutely no pressure on them having already won the league title.
Arsenal have played 34 games in the league and they are currently sitting 5 points behind Man City in the 3rd place, just ahead of Chelsea who have 62 points while Tottenham who have 61 on 4th place.

Arsenal have 4 more games to play including this one against Manchester United and they need to win at least 3 to make sure they finish in the Top 4 the Champions League places. In the recent few years Manchester United have totally dominated this Arsenal side, if we look at the past 5 meetings between the two sides we can see that United have won 4 matches and lost 1, scoring 14 goals and conceding 5 in the process and since they have already won the league they will be under no pressure what so ever and their star striker Robin van Persie is returing to the club he spent 8 years for the first time since leaving last summer.
Earlier game between the two sides it was Manchester Untied who won the match, with Van Persie on Target at Old Trafford, and he is leading the goal scoring charts this year and probably will win it as his closest rival Luiz Suarez has been banned for 10 games for the reckless biting in the Premier League game last week.
Arsenal will be giving an expected guard of honor for the premier League champions Manchester United at the start of the match, and it was reported in the press that many players from the dressing room did not agree to that but Arsenal have sorted out the issue and released and statement that they will honor Manchester Untied at the start of the match.
