Chelsea have officialy announced their 2013-2014 home shirt, while the away shirt we are still waiting for. Chelsea home kit was released in a photoshoot which featured all of their big name Chelsea players with the likes of David Luiz, Frank Lampard, Juan Mata, Fernando Torres.
