One of the big oppertunity for them is to do well in Champions League, finish as high in table in Premier League as possible while their realistic shot at trophies is in domestic cups (FA Cup and Capital One Cup ).
Their first european assignment is against marsielle who have been playing some solid football and they have great players and will provide a stiff test for Arsenal playing away from home. Arsenal will be looking to start their Champions League campaign with a win and last season they also played Marseille and never got troubled, while new signing Mesut Ozil is settling in pretty well at the moment in the team and he will be the key for Arsenal.
